Earlier this week Nathan Conroy informed me he has accepted a new role and will be finishing up with ReturnToWorkSA on Friday 21 February.
Nathan commenced in his role as Leader Self-insured Services in January 2022 and over the last three years, has led his team through a comprehensive and successful program of regulatory reform and an enhanced approach to general renewals and engagement with self-insured employers.
This has enabled us to enhance how we regulate self-insured employers, re-establish a revamped approach to the oversight of the Crown and build increased prominence of the self-insured portfolio. This has all contributed to building the confidence amongst stakeholders on what we are doing and what we are trying to achieve for the best interests of the Scheme.
I will keep stakeholders informed regarding the outcome of recruitment for his replacement. |
