The ReturnToWorkSA Board has maintained the average premium rate (APR) for 2024-25 at 1.85%. This decision follows strong return to work rates, though modestly offset by the Scheme still carrying unfunded liabilities and ongoing uncertainty related to the impacts of legislation changes that came into effect in 2022.
