The Injury Management Business Partner - Claims directly reports to the Injury Management Team Leader and are responsible for providing advice and guidance on the management of workforce injury claims to stakeholders to ensure a coordinated, consistent, and equitable approach.
About You:
SALHN Injury Management are seeking the following attributes.
- Extensive experience in managing workers' compensation claims and representing client agencies at the SA Employment Tribunal in accordance with the Return to Work Act 2014.
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence among clients, advocates, line managers, treatment professionals, and solicitors. Ability to resolve issues and negotiate constructive outcomes.
- Proven ability to deliver sustainable, cost-effective claims outcomes in partnership with SA Health stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements and accreditation standards.
- Prepare Briefings and Ministerial correspondence in response to workers compensation matters on behalf of the SALHN Chief Executive Officer
