LEARNING OPPORTUNITY: Psychological safety for leaders

Managing psychosocial hazards is crucial for maintaining a positive work environment, enhancing employee wellbeing, and improving overall organisational performance. It requires collaboration between employers, managers, and employees to create a supportive and healthy workplace culture.

Businesses are encouraged to register for our half-day course which explores psychosocial hazards in the workplace, how to review existing hazard identification and risk management frameworks, and to assist in determining whether all reasonably practicable steps are being taken to ensure a safe working environment.
