Business Hub is a secure online portal that allows organisations to reliably exchange documents with Centrelink digitally. It offers improved security, accessibility, and self-service options to manage staff access.
This service is not yet available for Medicare Compensation Recoveries and current communication methods will continue.
New Centrelink Compensation Recovery Business Hub service
In September 2026 Services Australia will deliver the Centrelink Compensation Recovery Business Hub service.
Business Hub is a secure online portal that allows organisations to reliably exchange documents with Centrelink digitally. It offers improved security, accessibility, and self-service options for you to manage staff access.
We welcome your organisation to commence the Business Hub registration process as soon as possible to be ready for the transition away from fax, email and Centrelink Business Online Services (CBOS).
