Finger amputations lead to $180K fine

A trailer company has been fined $180,000 after a young worker suffered partial finger amputations from an inadequately guarded guillotine.

A review of SafeWork SA’s database found the construction industry accounted for 42 per cent of 765 complaints associated with toilets in the past decade.
