The People at Work psycho-social risk assessment tool has been relaunched as a free on line resource for workplaces. Originally developed as a paper-based tool in Queensland, People at Work on line has been endorsed by the Heads of Workplace Safety Authorities as the Australia's only validated psycho-social risk assessment survey.
People at Work sets out 5 steps for the improvement of the psycho-social climate in workplaces. It also incorporates modules of on line training to assist with understanding the People at Work system so that there is no need for expert analysis of the results. The system allows for customised demographics so that the tool can be effective in most settings. It also offers resources to assist users.
People at Work is aligned with the Code of Practice on How to Manage Work Health and Safety Risks.
