Competency assessments will be completed during each workshop and a certificate of competency will be issued on completion. Full details of learning outcomes / competencies can be found from page 3 onwards.

The Claims Management Course is a series of modules that will cover all aspects of managing a workers compensation claim in South Australia. Furthermore, we will have a series of guest speakers attend and explore in detail best practice methodology and case management.
