A year in review- A recap on the many and varied decisions in the SAET and Supreme Court with a focus on what has been clarified and where the ongoing uncertainty continues. Guy Biddle of Finlaysons will seek to draw some threads together as to what guidance case law in 2019 has given to the interpretation and application of the Return To Work Act.
Session #2
Mental health – current context and cases
What is the full picture on an employer’s obligation in supporting employees with mental health issues? In this overview, Will Snow of Finlaysons will briefly consider psychiatric injury claims but take a step back and consider mental health in a safety and IR context examining the latest regulatory guidance and case law

One of the thing we are proud of at Schneider is our innovation and most recently we launched our Smart Factory at Gepps Cross. Over the past 12 months we have deployed our Safety APP, digital audit and inspection platform, MyViSafe Wearable Sensors, Collaborative Robot’s, Machine Advisor Augmented Reality, Real Time Temperature monitoring and so much more.
