This presentation will involve a quick recap of the major changes, responsibilities, definitions and penalties imposed by the WHS Act; a discussion about: the Fair Work Commission’s role as the Bullying Umpire; the exclusionary provisions in workers’ compensation claims for psychiatric injury;
client legal privilege and the privilege against self-incrimination in WHS investigations and will include practical tips on giving negative feedback and ways to create positive working cultures.
The presentation is ideal for HR Managers, Line Managers and Team Leaders and it is targeted at an intermediary audience. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and a constructive discussion about the complexities arising from the three jurisdictions.
