Presented by ReturnToWorkSA's Leader, Legal Services, this one hour workshop will provide employers with an in-depth understanding of the dispute resolution process within South Australia, from notice of review, to participation in a hearing.
The workshop will provide an overview of worker and employer rights within dispute resolution (including the right to representation under the scheme) and provide insight into the process for lodging an application for review following a claim decision and the role of the South Australian Employment Tribunal in resolving the review/dispute.
