Member's Days
Bookings are now open for the SISA 2012 Awards Dinner.
Book and pay early to secure your seat/s.
Date: Friday 21/9/12
Venue: Adelaide Entertainment Centre
Time: 6.00pm - 12midnight
Dress Code: Dress: Men lounge suit/ Ladies after 5.00
Prices have remained the same as last year.
Seats: $150 + GST = $165 each
Table of ten: $1450+GST =$1595.00 per table
SEATS AND TABLES ARE ONLY ALLOCATED WHEN PAYMENT IN FULL IS RECEIVED
SEATS AND TABLES ARE ALLOCATED IN THE ORDER THEY ARE PAID FOR
For special requests, please book and pay early as we may not be able to accomodate seating arrangements closer to the date.
FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE EVENT.
THOSE WHO HAVE NOT PAID IN FULL BEFORE FRIDAY 14/9/12, WILL NOT HAVE SEATS/TABLES ALLOCATED AND WILL BE UNABLE TO ATTEND.
All bookings must be made by e-mail to christine@sisa.net.au or by fax to 8232 0113.
On receiving your booking, you will be issued an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, your seats/tables will be allocated. The earlier the booking and payment, the closer to the front you will be!
Sponsors will be automatically be allocated seats and tables nearest the front and need not take any action unless you require additional seats or tables.
